Pros
Can't think of any other than location being accessible to my home. So just read the cons.
Cons
Everything. Workload of 3 people for salary of 1. Poor management - they don't ever listen and when you raise the issue, they will turn it around and make it look like it's you who fell short not the company. Incompetent benefits. etc. No care for employees at all. Don't apply here if you don't want to get anxiety and depression. Even if you get burn out, they will still convince you to complete your work and just feel burned out later - VLs are difficult to be approved and not convertible to cash. What a horrible experience.
