A very stable environment, sometimes a bit too boring - Software Engineer Capgemini Employee Review

Because of the Market Unit in which I am there are weeks or months in which I have nothing to do. This has caused me to lose practive in my role. I had to study out of hours to become employable again. Although the process of growing is clear on paper it becomes a bit more complex in reality as you need to achieve good rating in 5 different rating (stakeholder relationship, productivity ...)
