-No Investment in employees -Brought skills from 2 big four companies and Capgemini never saw it fit to invest in me or others with training to maintain our skills -Very much operates like a contracting company rather than a consulting company in the USA -Management is pitted against employees with expenses and time off (horrible managment practices and expense policies for sold projects).
