The benefits are good and you can basically do almost no work every day because their incumbent staff are so incompetent that the bar by which you are judged is so low that 'getting out of bed in the morning' for a client is considered a 'good effort'.
Cons
Upper management are isolated from people with actual technical skills and rarely interact with employees, they are too far divorced from the technologies which they are suppose to support / sell.

As with most large companies, communication and understanding of the strategies and tactics are not always communicated clearly up and down the management chain.
