Pros
Flexible working hours, No Sundays, Don't have to be at work until 7am at the earliest and leave no later than 6:30pm most nights, good training when first hired.
Cons
Flexible schedule means that you will most likely work many Saturdays and hours that are hard to take care of school children, don't get any paid time off until after 90 days which even then you still have to accumulate it.
