Cons
The list of cons is exhaustively long. The main issue is management's abuse leading to high turn over rate within the department. 2- HR is aware of fraternization between managers ( for personal gains for ex. promotions) that lead to abuse of power, bullying and resentment from the entire team, yet they did nothing about it. Hard work is never appreciated or even recognized but any misstep is quickly escalated to leadership. Coworkers were great but we all felt disrespected, undervalued and micromanaged 24/7. There is no trust, environment was hostile . Several employees made a formal complaint to HR for the same issues, each and every time complaints were ignored. Long story short a team of 20+ was reduced to less than 10 within a year. Do yourself a favor and do not come here unless you want have a miserable life.
