Pros
Flexible work arrangements and use of Web2.0 are widely available and well adopted. It is fun to work with new technology
Cons
Stagnant pay- there are usually many years between salary adjustments. No longer offering stock options for non-executive manager, pay cuts for contract-to-perm arrangements, salaray target @ 65% of market, managers are really not empowered to compensate based on performance- no matter what they tell you.
