      Pros

      good WLB, good pay, easy work. good for people who has different focus in life.

      Cons

      work is too repetitive and dirty, project management depend on word of mouth and feels very inefficient. requires 3 days RTO while office is FAR.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
