      Citigroup operates 24 hours a day seven days a week.

      Cons

      constantly in state of hiring freeze. been promised a promotion for the last 2 years and it keeps getting taken away.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
