      Some benefits Free water Toilets cleaned twice daily Nothing more really to say

      Work life balance is terrible Working environment is terrible Work culture is terrible Hard work is not rewarded in technology 30 million cuts to technology Senior management only sees you as a number The yearly bonus is non existent don't let them full you Lie about possible progression to hold on to you Once your in it is extremely hard to get out again and move on with your career

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
