Pros
lifestyle pretty collegial atmosphere large platform with very intelligent client base which makes it easy to jump ship to better opportunities
Cons
the company doesn't really promote much from within in a number of divisions. They would rather bring in outside talent even when it is clear that someone internally is more qualified. THis has to do more with internal politics as well as the senior people don't want to lose their best worker.
