      Good work environment, employee cafeteria, flexible work schedules are available if needed. Many buildings across the city in case you need relocation.

      Cons

      Too many controls in place for all kinds of processes. Employee benefits are subpar when compared to other banks. Agter the earthquake not many security protocols were enforced.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
