- Great compensation rate - Large global organization with huge opportunities - Opportunities to interact with people around the globe - Mostly knowledgeable and very helpful management
Cons
- Expect you to work after hours - Need to be a workaholic in order to be promoted - Every manager spends at least 10 hours (sometimes 12 and more) a day at work, working crazy hours, once again, they expect the same from you - Fire people without replacing them and expect the rest of the team to do their work load.
