We have recently announced we are doubling the size of our development teams structure; this requires us to focus on hiring talent across all our different offices so that we can manage the different priorities and projects that our current size is not allowing us to do in an efficient and fast way. In the expansion there are and will continue to be opportunities from internal development. As part of our culture, we believe in flexibility and support different ways to achieve results. In the past months, our leadership has shared the opportunities ahead and have asked for extra effort and engagement to seize them. The understanding of work from home policy has been broadly discussed as it was not enabling results neither fostering the right level of engagement and collaboration across teams. As a young Company, we are in a continuous learning process and will continue to evolve in fostering an environment of full engagement and collaboration to achieve great results.
