Bad leaders and complete disregard for the employees' careers. - Product Designer Clip Employee Review

The company promotes that it has a good culture and that it cares about the evolution of its professionals, but in practice they are only concerned with promoting this and not actually applying it. Leadership positions are held only by new hires. The areas do not have synergy and the areas of product, technology and growth are completely lost, running in circles and beating their heads (they cannot finalize a project and rework is constant and inefficient). Bad leaders who perform micromanagement and do not have a good view of processes, in addition to having minimal aptitude for communication. The worst experience I've ever had in my professional career of over 15 years.
