Pros
You might end up in a very good team, like I did (but is somewhat rare). Very important in Mexico and Central America. Good pay.
Cons
Very centralized culture, almost everything is micromanaged by bureaucrats from Mexico, who like to meddle with everything. Very inefficient company, resources being wasted by bad management. Still a family company.
