Pros
Proud organization with a long history of success. Talks a good game with regards their "humanistic" people centered management style. Great aspiration.
Cons
Very hierarchical. "Macho" organization where bosses think they cannot be questioned and people are rewarded for being unquestioning. Good thing if the bosses are always right. What happens if they are wrong? Success is their biggest liability.
