Opportunities are many as it is a huge organisation.
Cons
More than talent its luck if you are at the right place (right project) to grab them. They dont consider training marks/score while allocating a project. Even an underperformer lands up into a good project and a good performer is left at the mercy of work force management (people who map you to a project). There are many projects that are screwed because of under-skilled people.
