The only upside is that you are able to work from home
Cons
No manager to assist you or train. No one takes anything serious unless you joke with them they will not assist you with the work that needs to be done. Also they are none to just terminate you even when you have days on the schedule. I was terminated and notified by not being able to log in no one emailed me or told me my last day was coming up. Very unprofessional.
