Pros

For me personally this has been one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I have the best team, and we take our jobs seriously but also have a blast doing it! I always feel supported and empowered in my role. There is true accountability, and they do acknowledge, encourage and reward for job performance. You can grow quickly with this company if you really want to. Great training and the hiring process is so easy and streamlined. I also have the chance to serve the most beautiful clients that deserve the best staff. I love that I get to be a part of building their wonderful caregiving team. They deserve only the best. Such a rewarding place to work, great benefits, referral bonus's and so much more! Great!

Cons

I truly do not have anything negative to say other than we are growing very quickly and we will start running out of room soon! So maybe a bigger building that we can all fit into. Right now, we are in 2 separate locations in our Redding area.

Pros

Working at Compass SLS/ILS has been a meaningful experience for me for the last 7 years. The company truly prioritizes client quality of life, and you can see that reflected in the care and support provided by the teams. There is a strong sense of purpose in the work, and leadership does recognize employees who go above and beyond. I’ve also had opportunities to grow professionally, take on leadership responsibilities, and be involved in projects outside of my direct role.

Cons

The workload can be very heavy and at times feels unsustainable, especially during staffing shortages or crisis situations. Communication is necessary between departments. 24/7 emergency support when on call can also be draining and makes it difficult to fully disconnect or recharge outside of work.
