      Pros

      The training is very thorough. Atmosphere around the workplace is very good. All coaches, team leaders and trainers are so supportive and are always looking out for you.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn but if you focus it can easily be done. Working on weekends occasionally. Late night work as well occasionally.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
