Pros

The only Pro I can say about this place, is that I've made lifetime friends with my coworkers. Some of the most dedicated, caring, loyal people here.

Cons

Where do I start? Payroll is a mess, the pay is 20% lower than other companies, no perks what so ever. Not even plastic utensils or napkins are supplied. If you need office supplies, good luck. I ended up bringing my own. HR is a mess. There are no policies, & I mean zero. If you try to make one, the spoiled execs will always override it. The CEO has his hands in every single thing we do. He questions our titles, & pinches every cent, literally. Yet he has a lot of electronics in his office, & yet is never there. (I have been to his location once, couldn't believe my eyes.) Yet they can't even supply utensils. The companies turn over is hundreds of people each week. They keep buying other companies, yet, can't pay the best of the best properly. They favor the Philippines & India because the pay rate is pennies compared to ours. I've heard the parent company has had multiple bomb threats. Seriously? That's a sign right there to not work here. They must have done badly when they let go of employees due to a RIF. I can't wait to see what it's like when they let our group go. I'm outta here the first chance I get. CEO needs to go.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
