They don't really appreciate their employee's, a good example of this is that tenure employee's know make the same as New hires which is basically Minimum wage! Tenure employee's are also at risk of getting some of the least desirable shifts! They say they wonder why they Can't retain staff, well maybe if they show that they really want people buy paying them better and show some appreciation to those that have stuck it out, maybe that may help. But they won't, they really like the high turnover, in fact they look for excuses to fire employee's too! Multi-Million dollar Corporation that pay's the people that represent them Minimum wage, anyone working there should be looking for a better job every chance they get!
