      No pros whatsoever!!! Beware of this company and go there only as a last resort.

      Bad management, obsessed with control- interfering in your private life, no opportunities to grow, no bonuses, exploiting employees who do their job and ignoring those who don't.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
