Pros

This is the pro section. None.

Cons

most people leave. poor pay. abused a lot with 1 hour of training to deal with extreme calls that most of the public could never deal with. bad morale. extremely competitive and all the team leaders/floor walkers know each other so good luck trying to get anything escalated if something happens. the work is extremely complex but also very depressing. agents may seem happy but behind team leaders, backs are planning to leave. Team leaders don't care about you. No one cares about how you feel if you experience severe abuse, it's just part of the job. There is no way to move up unless you know the higher ups. A lot of unprofessional behaviour especially for the contract we're on. Don't expect this contract to last long.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
