      Pros

      Not that much pros in the end. Canteen was good and the chairs are nice. Had a really great start within my first contract.

      Cons

      Really low salary. (Can be good if you are friend with the management and can get the bonus) No opportunity to go further and grow within the company if you are not a local or a good friend of the management. No support from management, almost non existent, pref to focus on their gossip about agents. Constant pressure. Loads of favouritism. Scholar and childish environment (Everything is forbidden and they will make sure you don’t have too much fun, if yes, forbidden). Stressful and depressing environment with low concern about your mental health.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
