Pros
A lot of essential workshops and training, fun-loving people, the place is very accessible, facilities are somewhat good. There's a feeling that you're part of the family. The parties and events are always good, although a bit unorganized but the effort is still well appreciated. Sports events are fun and can definitely help maintain a balanced lifestyle. Good team to work with. You can learn a lot through colleagues and higher management who provides guidance and advice.
Cons
Unclear career path for people who are not entirely in good terms with the local management. Too much laws implemented (unnecessary laws/rules if I may add) within the team. More due diligence when hiring concessionaire.
