Pros

Middle management has kind people (at least that I dealt with) that try to work with you as best they can. NPS is not the most stressful position. Work at home, equipment provided.

Cons

Terrible pay. Bait and switch on position offered. Was told IT, was given customer service once in training. Lots of false promises in recruitment. No control over schedule, despite promises in training. Awkward hours with no real ability to change them. Daily assigned break/lunch schedule that often positioned lunch at crazy hours (6 hours into shift, etc).

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
