      Pros

      Good food, good colleagues, nice office view

      Cons

      Clueless management who only know to push admin productivity everyday without concern about their wellbeing. Sick leave was reduced to 8 days in midst of pandemic which is not acceptable. Annual leave also got cancelled very last minute. It was toxic environment and everyone seems to care only for themselves. The salary is not very good compare to other company's content reviewer.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
