      Pay was good, great option to work from home

      Cons

      No work life balance, managers take vacations while you slave away with no chances for pto, after project ends, company reps are slow to answer important emails. They will fire you without notice and blame non equipment return. Be wary. I was excited in the beginning but it was very stressful with no flexible schedule. They took precious time away from me to be there for my mom..she died the month they randomly let me go.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
