      Pros

      Good culture. Strong leadership that are interested in your thoughts and ideas so we are able to have a voice and make a difference. Prepared to invest and focus on initiatives that deliver results to our clients and staff.

      Cons

      Not really anything, I am very satisfied in my role wtih Concentrix. Perhaps some enhancement around the performance based bonus programme to really ensure that those exceeding their role expectations are recognized and rewarded accordingly.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
