      Locations of their offices are all in city center which make it practical. Salary is the highest for the this kind of business here in NI

      Cons

      They treat you like nothing. Put you pressure and push you to go their way. Make you feel like you are replaceable at any time. Huge lack on communication. Escalation are never dealt quickly and you need to chase anything you may need

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
