Associate directors and directors don't care about these things. They spend their lives in meetings after meetings through Teams, often from home. They are "bigs", with big salaries, why bother with the "little ones". People leave the company like ants leaving the shelter to look for food. Injustices, moral harassment and humiliations happen every day at Concentrix in Porto. It is time for the labor authorities in Portugal to do a thorough investigation. or the media....That s enough!
