Pros

Management understands how ridiculous the place is so they tend to be human and "have your back."

Cons

I am a senior advisor on a contract for an extremely profitable client. I receive $12/hr as a college graduate at this "senior level." The non-senior position for the same client at Concentrix pays $10/hr. Those positions pay $21/hr and $15/hr respectively directly though the client in the same State. That is to say, $9/hr of my equivalent wage productivity goes to company executives that likely take my and others' lost earnings as multimillion dollar bonuses for THEIR performance. A non-competition contract prevents my application to the original client directly, even as a graduate and great scorecard. Often I receive random emails saying I am not being looked at for promotional opportunities while my score is in the green and I DID NOT apply for a position. Disheartening. My attendance also shows several "arrive lates" due to issues with the older technology they use, and their cumbersome exception policy, although I show up to work 30 minutes early every day. Concentrix is for the 99% to slave for the 1%. Simple as that.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
