      Pros

      If system engineer less then 2 years can able to work. but no career growth at concentrix technology from IT. The work environment is satisfactory and my colleagues have been highly cooperative with me.

      Cons

      Working structure is not good. Need to support 24/7. we can't expect career growth from Concentrix technology.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
