There are no pros at all.

Cons

Imagine a job where it starts out as the best company you have ever worked for. Then after 2 years, it begins degrading everyday. Then years later when you think this job could not possibly become a bigger joke than it already is... they continue to amaze you on a daily basis. Everyday it gets to be a bigger joke. There is no floor to how big of a joke this company has become. I've worked for at least 10 companies in my life. This is by far the worst job. But it started out as the best job. And also... in most corporate jobs, the higher ups may not know what you do and how you do your job 100% but they could figure it out. This job? They would have NO CLUE how to do my job if they had to do it.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
