Pros

1. Cultural differences are supported openly and on a large scale. Concentrix constantly promotes the multi-cultured employees working with them, and ensures people from all walks of life are respected and given the platform to demonstrate their cultural uniqueness. 2. Salary packages are acceptable. The salary package provided by Concentrix is significantly better than other places in the same line of business. It is not too high but at the same time not too low as well. 3. Employee engagement is widely promoted through the various activities planned and prepared for employees which makes Concentrix a fun place to work.

Cons

1. Health benefit package. The health benefit packages are lower as compared with other competitor companies. The worse part is that before, employees used to only needed to pay a RM 5 fee for clinic visits but now it's brought up to RM 25 which is not acceptable on the part of employees. 2. Career growth is slowed down due to bias and political choices made by the people in positions. This is of course not the fault of Concentrix itself but the fact that this has not been looked into, needs to improve.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
