Pros

Quick hire. You need zero work history and can behave any way you want at this company.

Cons

Very low quality Clients which only want phones answered. They don't actually want any efficient or quality results and are definitely not focused on customers satisfaction. No processes in place to streamline work. Employees are worthless to management. They let you know this multiple times per day. Management shoddy and sloppy at best. In some locations management personnel are relatives.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
