      Worst company to work for so disfuncitional starting at the top. Everything you read about poor management is so true there only for themselves non trustworthy backstabbing and treat employees with no respect , talk down on you and even threaten employees and are still working there. The only thing I can say is stay away.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
