      Get paid on time On the job paid training Computer and hardware supplied by the company

      Cons

      Disorganized Low pay and no room for growth Mandatory overtime Receive a grade every week based on your work, which feels slightly demeaning for an adult. Feedback is great and appreciated but your score can be effected even if you were not at fault. The rules are ever changing and unclear, which leaves a lot of room for mistakes. Some QA members are nice, but others let the position go to their heads.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
