      Meet and talk to lots of various role and industry, even C-level of the company

      Cons

      The system is similar to sales, and basic pay didn't really meet my expectation. But incentive percentage was good enough. BUT still the process are reallyyyy long

      Base hrly pay is ok

      Cons

      Company is taking away holidays and pto is not generous. Greedy upper management uses employees then toss them away
