There is only one and single advantage - work timings.
Cons
They Hire people but don't have much projects. They will ask employees to resign if projects are not allocated. Internal politics. Actual count of employees less than what it is showed. Sucess depends only on manager, if you don't have good relations with manager, nobody can save you from being fired.
