Pros
Overall, intelligent, kind-hearted, collaborative people. Medical and Wellness benefits are decent. 401k match up to 4.5% and vested immediately. Additional 5% retirement contribution / pay period. Vested after 3 years.
Cons
It is truly a top-down heirarchy and within HR leadership having an 'in crowd', and if you're not in it you better not raise any concerns or challenge process inefficiencies or you'll be quietly fired when you least expect it.
