      Pros

      A company that hired me to tranform its culture, while i managed to do that over the span of my employment, however the CEO decides he doesnt really want to change, he wants to stay in total solo control.

      Double standards Feeds off staff pains/ fears Nepotism No job security/ abrupt & unjustified termination
