Pros

Some very good trainers and managers trying their best with some significant structural challenges. Can see resources, coordination, and alignment are progressing across departments (including IT) and there are some good resources and helpful people.

Cons

Very unstable and non-intercompatible with each other platforms and programs. Needs some major bugs worked out.

Connexus Resource Group Response

Thank you for the balanced feedback. We appreciate you recognizing the effort our trainers and managers put in every day, especially while navigating structural and systems challenges. There has been a deliberate push to improve coordination across departments, including IT, and it’s encouraging to hear that progress is visible. At the same time, your comments about platform instability and integration gaps are fair. As a multi-client organization, we operate across several systems, and aligning those tools for a seamless experience is a priority. We know technology either enables performance or creates friction—there’s no middle ground. Continued investment in system upgrades, integration, and process standardization remains a key focus area. Thank you for your time with Connexus and for calling out both the strengths and the opportunities. That kind of candid input helps drive meaningful improvement.

Pros

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Pros

I've met and worked along side some pretty amazing people.

Cons

Pay rate does NOT match the amount of stress. Constantly being bounced from one campaign to another. Having to unlearn something you learn one week to relearn another. I was moved to a campaign that did not correlate with me skills at all. I asked to be transferred to another campaign for that very reason. I just wasn't getting it. I was told to wait until the ramp down (busy season ending). When the ramp down came I was laid off after 8 months and 2 campaigns later and just told to "reapply in 90 days", I was told it was for points from 1 day when I had to leave to get my son and a poor performance review after I stated clearly the campaign wasn't a good fit before the points and the review. The lack of concern for their current and former employees is also not worth the crappy pay. I would not recommend this job for anyone looking for stability or a solid career.
