Pros

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Thank you for such an uplifting review. We’re incredibly grateful to hear that your experience over the past several months has been so positive. Building a supportive, encouraging environment where employees feel valued and able to maintain a healthy work life balance is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate your honest note about pay. Feedback like that is always important and helps guide ongoing conversations as the company continues to grow. Most of all, thank you for recognizing the teamwork, flexibility, and support you’ve received from leadership and your peers. Hearing that this has been your best call center experience means a lot to us. We’re excited to have you as part of the Connexus team and look forward to supporting your continued growth and success.

Pros

I've met and worked along side some pretty amazing people.

Cons

Pay rate does NOT match the amount of stress. Constantly being bounced from one campaign to another. Having to unlearn something you learn one week to relearn another. I was moved to a campaign that did not correlate with me skills at all. I asked to be transferred to another campaign for that very reason. I just wasn't getting it. I was told to wait until the ramp down (busy season ending). When the ramp down came I was laid off after 8 months and 2 campaigns later and just told to "reapply in 90 days", I was told it was for points from 1 day when I had to leave to get my son and a poor performance review after I stated clearly the campaign wasn't a good fit before the points and the review. The lack of concern for their current and former employees is also not worth the crappy pay. I would not recommend this job for anyone looking for stability or a solid career.
