Pros
Pretty easy to get a job here. Even possible to move up into management if you get hired in the right place.
Cons
- Company does not believe in raises. Been working here for over 3 years now and have only gotten marginal raises when I've reached out and fought for them. Based on where inflation has taken the economy, I probably make comparatively less money now than when I was hired. - Management takes an attitude of "Anyone is easily replaceable" and doesn't look at employees as people, just as numbers being used to fulfill their promises to clients - While it is possible to get promoted to leadership positions in this company, it generally isn't based on skill and qualifications so much as being in the right place at the right time. I'd say there is some mild favoritism in that regard, but it's more along the lines of those that are hired on for a campaign when it's small are the ones that get the promotion when it grows larger even if they aren't leadership material. - Promises aren't always kept. When I received a promotion, I was led to believe based on the job ad they asked me to apply through that I would be getting a considerable raise. Instead, after I was already promoted and had been working in the position for about a week, I was lowballed and given a small token raise and asked to prove myself. It's been a while since then. - Company doesn't really have one central culture. There are different sections of different leadership groups. Some are great to be a part of and some of the leaders are great to be around. Others are very toxic. Essentially, there will be good and bad reviews out there for this company, and they're all true based on what "section" of leadership you get hired on for and work with. - They are desperate to make themselves look better than they actually are. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because they sent an email to the whole company worded so that it would look like it was addressed to each person individually making it seem like I'd been specially chosen because I'm such a good employee. They're also offering incentives for leaving a positive review. I'm sure I won't be entered in to win any of these incentives since my review is honest instead of positive. - I'm likely to get a response from the company to this review asking me to reach out to my leaders with specific feedback and blah blah blah. That probably won't happen because I'm sure that if I bring this forward and I am known for leaving this review they will find a reason to fire me. It won't be for leaving this review as that would be retaliation and they can't have that, but they would go out of their way to find or create a reason that they can get rid of me despite the good work and dedication I've put in for them. Heck, I had to double check that leaving this review would be anonymous just to make sure I don't risk losing my job
