Pros

Easy Benefits are provided (vision, health & dental) Gifted a product once at the beginning of your job to know your company. They recognize you are one of their best employees

Cons

Low pay for all agents. Mislead pay - Application stated 18-20hrly, when hired it turns out to be 13.50hr. One of best to be promoted and no acknowledgment of their errors. Let you go during natural disasters such as a power outage from weather damage. They recognize you are one of their best employees and will not promote you. If mistreated, HR doesn’t care, they’ll cover their own and client only not the agents. The clients don’t care how good you are and policy’s aren’t clear, )atleast with the company I was with) Ask questions, they give you unclear answers and following their specific direction will get you in trouble due to their unclear policy.

Pros

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Pros

I've met and worked along side some pretty amazing people.

Cons

Pay rate does NOT match the amount of stress. Constantly being bounced from one campaign to another. Having to unlearn something you learn one week to relearn another. I was moved to a campaign that did not correlate with me skills at all. I asked to be transferred to another campaign for that very reason. I just wasn't getting it. I was told to wait until the ramp down (busy season ending). When the ramp down came I was laid off after 8 months and 2 campaigns later and just told to "reapply in 90 days", I was told it was for points from 1 day when I had to leave to get my son and a poor performance review after I stated clearly the campaign wasn't a good fit before the points and the review. The lack of concern for their current and former employees is also not worth the crappy pay. I would not recommend this job for anyone looking for stability or a solid career.
