Thank you for your review and for being a part of Connexus Resource Group for over four years — your dedication and contributions, especially in a Head Trainer role, are truly appreciated. We’re glad to hear that you value the sense of community among agents, the quality of our training programs, and the flexibility to move between campaigns. These are areas we take pride in and continuously aim to strengthen. We also want to sincerely acknowledge your concerns regarding communication, the temporary nature of certain campaigns, and compensation. Clear, consistent communication from leadership is essential to maintaining trust and morale within any organization, and your feedback is a timely reminder of the importance of keeping those lines open. We’re actively reviewing how our Account Managers and leadership teams can improve internal communication processes to ensure employees feel informed, supported, and valued. Your advice is well taken, and we appreciate you bringing these points forward. Thank you again for your honest feedback — and for the important role you play in supporting and developing our teams.

Pros

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Pros

I've met and worked along side some pretty amazing people.

Cons

Pay rate does NOT match the amount of stress. Constantly being bounced from one campaign to another. Having to unlearn something you learn one week to relearn another. I was moved to a campaign that did not correlate with me skills at all. I asked to be transferred to another campaign for that very reason. I just wasn't getting it. I was told to wait until the ramp down (busy season ending). When the ramp down came I was laid off after 8 months and 2 campaigns later and just told to "reapply in 90 days", I was told it was for points from 1 day when I had to leave to get my son and a poor performance review after I stated clearly the campaign wasn't a good fit before the points and the review. The lack of concern for their current and former employees is also not worth the crappy pay. I would not recommend this job for anyone looking for stability or a solid career.
