      - Fun people, young/international crowd - Interesting work (generally) - Pay can be ok but not great. no bonus - Good work life balance

      Cons

      - Lack of vision and or long term plan - Chaotic solutions. Short term thinking leads to lots of tech debt. (Excel driven development)
